7up Music Machine concert (Album)

This is a very rare recording of a concert from Japan in 1986, which was recorded for the Westwood One US radio show sponsored by 7UP as part of the Music Machine Series. It can be tracked down in vinyl by searching the internet. The 7up series also features concerts by Foreigner, INXS, Icehouse, Mr.Mister, Huey Lewis and the news and Aretha Franklin.

Well worth tracking down to hear Richard talk in Japanese and probably the worst Keyboard sound ever on we close our eyes.

Don't be afraid of your Dreams

As freatured on the soundtrack to Nightmare on Elm Street IV. According to Richard ,Peter was in the studio next door when someone came in and asked if he would sing the song as the singer they had planned to do it was ill and the studio was booked. So Peter sang it and it was credited to Go West even though Richard was in the hotel at the time.

One Way Street

Featured on the soundtrack to Rocky IV originally then added to Bangs and Crashes. In the film the song is played through a robot ?????

G.O.S.H. - Wishing Well

A charity single released in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital. The song featured Peter Cox, Boy George, Noddy Holder and Hazel O'Conner on lead vocals and such people like the cast of grange hill, Sylvester McCoy, Bonnie Langford, and loads of others on backing vocals.

BBC Transcription Disc - 1985 Concert

A very rare recording of the 1985 Tour.

This concert was recorded during Go West's first tour at Hammersmith Odeon. Produced by Tony Wilson and featuring the songs Time Heals and Hideaway plus songs from the first album.

BBC Transcription Disc's are very rare, as they are supposed to be distroyed after a certain date. These disc's are highly collectable, but they are available if you look hard enough.
